The Room was a deeply personal project for me
Mohammed Safer, Shooq, Issa Al-Hamar, Abdulrahman Al-Sayegh & featuring the legendary Jasem Al-Nabhan
I wrote the script, oversaw the entire production process, and handled editing, color grading, poster design, as well as parts of the sound design and original music. The film went on to win multiple awards, most notably 1st place at the inaugural Kuwait Film Festival, competing against over 136 short films. A heartfelt, collaborative effort that blended strong storytelling with rich visuals and emotional depth.
